Although still struggling with a virus that I guess I picked up in Cambodia, I was able, with God’s strength, to carry the cross from London’s East End to Colchester. The illness and bad blisters made it a tough walk but I was overwhelmed by the opportunities to witness to the many Eastern European, African, and Asian people groups, who have settled in the East End. In Colchester I was able to work alongside an organization called Through Faith Mission – also known as Walk of a Thousand Men.

Calling into a tea-room which in its past life had been a bus, I began to talk about Jesus with the lady owner. Along with a lorry driver, this lady began to listen to my story of how I found Jesus. At that point a Christian doctor who works with Through Faith Mission arrived and together we had the joy of praying with this lady.
